Conscient, a well known and reputed name in the Construction and Real Estate industry has been in the industry for the last three decades.Our operations span all aspects of real estate development, from the identification and acquisition of land, to planning, execution and marketing of our projects, through to maintenance and management of completed developments.. We participated in the construction of the Siri Fort Auditorium and the Asian Games Village complex in 1982. We have delivered more than 10000 dwelling units in this period. We have been providers of Land Bank to some of the premium real estate companies and have been associated in various projects as collaborators, notable among them the Palm Drive by Emaar-MGF in Gurgaon.

Architecture, Design and Planning. A team of young architects, Ashwin Alva & Associates in the last decade has earned a reputation for being one of the premier contemporary design firms in the country. With projects ranging from Factories, Residential and Commercial establishments to Churches and Spiritual Centers inside and outside the country, these architects have displayed an incredible ability to introduce totally out-of-the-box designs. Infiniti Bay is a fine example of their design expertise. The team includes the best International and Indian consultants.
The conscient Group
An all-pervasive sense of responsibility towards the preservation and betterment of society has always been at the core of Conscient. The group runs three progressive schools in the NCR of Delhi under the brand of The Heritage School. Two of these are located in Delhi and one in Gurgaon. The schools are the result of the Group's founder Mr. N.C. Jain's desire to make a contribution to the development of the nation. The schools are based on a model of experiential learning- learning that is more hands-on, more contextual, more joyous and more connected to life. The Heritage Schools are amongst the few schools in the world that have adopted the path of educating their children as opposed to just schooling them. The group also runs a Center for spiritual growth in Gurgaon.
As an initial attempt to create these lifestyle products, Goa is the chosen destination and current projects include Palacio Grande, a luxury villa and spa resort in Vagator. We entered the leisure development space with the acquisition of an existing resort to redevelop as a mixed-use development of luxury villas, to be sold with a rent-back option, and a boutique resort. Architects for the project are KTGV of Thailand. The project involves building 25 villas and a block of hotel suites, service areas, common facilities and spa.
